I was inspired not only by my own impressions, but also by Francesco Lojacono, the great landscape painter of Sicily. In his works, light comes alive not in an overpowering way, but softly, almost restrained. And yet, there is a depth within it that lingers.
The foulard is a textile echo of this world. Its colors—faded ochre, soft moss green, light beige, and a hint of cypress grey—form a palette that does not seek attention, but invites to be worn and understood.
It is not an accessory in the traditional sense. It is a piece of memory, a fragment of the Sicilian landscape—meant to be draped, felt, and carried.
Coming soon in my new ZACARA collection.
